How many guests can party and can that number change?
Yes, you can adjust your guest list at anytime. No matter how big or small, we do it all.
Minimums: We require a minimum of 5 guests or a payment of 5 guests.
Maximums: We curate every party experience. Let's chat and make mighty magic happen for your group.
Adding Guests: Guests can always be added. We will adjust the invoice accordingly. Guests added after final payment has been received must pay in cash the day of upon arrival to the party instructor
Removing Guests: Once the final payment has been received refunds for guests who chose to not attend will not be issued.
How do we figure out our party total?
Party package x number of guests = party total + just the tip
Deposit is due at the time of booking.
Final payments are due 1-2 business days away from your big day. You'll receive an invoice.
15% gratuity is included for parties of 8 or more.
We can't make it. Can we get a refund?
Deposits and final payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Even though your party’s over before your big day arrived we already got the party started. Our booking and refund policy allows us to sustainably reserve the space on your behalf by blacking out your requested date, time, host, and studio space.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances. We understand unforeseen circumstances may arrive along the way. Due to this final payments are made 1-2 days before your reservation.
Once paid, final payments are non-refundable.
We appreciate you honoring the time our team puts into booking, planning, and coordinating.
Do we have to party during the studio's listed business hours?
Nope, you can party at any available time AM-PM! Parties are private events that get exclusive access to the studio.
Hours outside of our weekly class schedule, client bookings, and studio operations are open for parties. Keep in mind, not all studio-related bookings are listed online. Bookings are on a first come first serve basis.
Parties after 8pm are an additional $5/person.
How far in advance should we book our party?
The sooner the better. People love to party with us and book months ahead of time. No matter the timeframe we'll always try our best to make magic happen.
In order for parties to have premium access to their ideal date and time we would love to confirm your booking 2-3 months in advance.
Short notice bookings, 7 calendar days or less, are an additional $5/person. Parties must secure their booking with a deposit prior to the short notice booking deadline to avoid the additional fee.
Upgrades sound fun! When can I add these?
Make it the best Bach ever after and select your upgrades after your deposit.
You can select your upgrades of interest on the page following your deposit payment. You may also email us if you need more time to make your selections.
We'll need your upgrades 2 weeks prior to your party date. Upgrade options may be limited with less than 2 weeks notice.
Can we bring a guest to watch?
All guests are paying guests.
Whether party-goers are participating or spectating all that enter the space will be included in the total headcount. No exceptions or partial pricing.
What happens to our deposit?
Deposits are applied to your party total.
Deposits save the date and get the party started. They are applied to your party total, not in addition to.
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Should we tip our host?
Just the tip is appreciated.
You may tip your host directly or request for it to be included it in your invoice.

Can we rent shoes?
No bowling alley vibes around here darling. We do not offer shoe rentals.
When we wear shoes we rock 8 inches heels and don’t want you feeling like a baby giraffe on the big day. You can still rock out on your tippy toes.
Street shoes are not allowed in studio.
What do we wear?

Can we BYOB?
Bring your own bottle...of water? YES, of course! If it's NOT H2O it's a no!
Outside beverages and libations are not invited to the party. No exceptions. Guests that are intoxicated will not be allowed to participate and will not be issued a refund.
