Don't go through the competition process alone, join the SDPDA Competition Team! Our head coach Lezah will guide you through each step of the way as you prepare to take the stage. She will work with as you choose your music, build your routine, assist with choreography, select your costume and follow competition specific judging and level criteria. Your routine will be designed around who you are as a pole dancer to keep the essence of your individual style apparent in your routine. Grab a fist full fo steel and lets begin!
